Amnesty International
AI is a worldwide movement campaigning for internationally recognized human rights. AI’s vision is of a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights & other international human rights standards. At TCU, AI works to educate students on the reality of international human rights violations.

Frogs for Fair Trade advocates Fair Trade products, policies, & principles on campus& beyond. Our goal is to increase the availability of Fair Trade Certified coffee & other products as well as increasing awareness of Fair Trade alternatives.

Heal Hunger Campaign
Healing Hunger on Campus for 25 Years and Counting
Every year TCU unites to raise funds & raise awareness of hunger here in our neighborhoods & throughout the globe. The Heal Hunger Campaign is the longest-running social justice effort on campus. Last year we raised over $30,000, & this year we’ll host events throughout the year (Ark Project in the fall) culminating in Hunger Week in March. Hunger Week brings events such as the Hunger Banquet, Kanstruction, and a 5K run/walk.
Meetings are monthly, day and time varies.

Invisible Children
Fighting for the Rights & Lives for Children in Uganda and Beyond
Invisible Children is a world-wide campaign to educate & empower others to help the plight of children in Uganda . IC/LON at TCU works to raise funds & awareness for those impoverished & oppressed.

Advocating Peace & Nonviolence in a World That Needs It
In a world, more & more filled with conflict & violence, Peace Action works to educate the TCU & Fort Worth community about peace, non-violence & other alternatives. We annually host panels, workshops, & trips as well as the Annual PeaceFest Day.

TCU STAND
The Student Anti-Genocide Coalition
TCU STAND is part of STAND: A Student Anti-Genocide Coalition, which comprises over 800 chapters across North America. We work to educate and mobilize the TCU community towards stopping the genocide in Darfur, Sudan. Please join our efforts to increase consciousness about ongoing and potential genocides, to raise funds for relief and protection for the victims and displaced, and to advocate for political action to be taken for a swift and sustainable solution to the crisis in Darfur.
